Coconut, Maca & Date Sugar Horchata

Ingredients
1 liter almond milk
1 liter rice milk
1 cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons natural vanilla
1/4 cup Tía Ofilia date sugar
1/2 cup Tía Ofilia shredded coconut
1 tablespoon Tía Ofilia maca powder
👩🍳 Instructions
Infuse the milk: In a pot, combine the almond/rice milk with the cinnamon stick, vanilla, date sugar, shredded coconut, and maca powder. Heat over medium heat and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes so the milk absorbs the cinnamon aroma.
Let it rest and cool: Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Take out the cinnamon sticks.
Blend the ingredients: Transfer the milk to a blender and blend until smooth and slightly frothy.
Chill and serve: Pour the horchata into a pitcher, refrigerate, and serve well chilled. Refreshing and delicious!
